This item arrived quickly, with no missing or broken parts. I was very pleased to find a multiple-jar organizer that does not come pre-filled. I buy my own spices or make my own blends, and did not need or want pre-filled bottles. The rack spins easily with no squeaking or wobbling so far. Lids seem to have a nice, snug fit. Shaker tops do only come in one size, but I don't use shakers much, so that wasn't a problem for me--I just left the shaker top off and used the only screw-on lid. The jars are a nice weight and good size--I buy most spices by the ounce or half-ounce of dry measure, and most of them fill the jars, some with a little left for a refill. Only time will tell how the labels will hold up. I needed mostly the blank labels and a Sharpie, but I did use a few of the pre-printed ones. They're black lettering on clear lables, which is pretty standard for spice labels; easy enough to see on ground/powdered spices. They blend in a little on dried herbs or darker spice blends, and you might have to look a little closer. If need be, different labels are easy enough to come by. The wire-design of the rack coupled with the chrome lids gives the look of a lot of metal, which some people might actually prefer for pairing with modern/sleek decor; in more traditional settings, it still works without clashing or taking over. Once the jars are filled, the piece as a whole is actually attractive--and is far better-looking and more convenient than cabinets full of haphazard jars and baggies. The design is smart--you get easy, revolving access to a lot of spices in a compact space that doesn't crowd your counter. Overall, I'm happy with this set, and only wish it was one tier higher so it could hold 20 jars.
