I did not realize how big it was until I got it and my favorite use is to use as a mixing bowl. Great handle to hang onto while running mixer with other hand. Also fits in my stand-type mixer. Liked it so much bought some more pyrex.Customer Review: DANGER! Not real Pyrex! Exploding Junk!

This is NOT real Pyrex! It is NOT high-temp glass! It explodes in medium-temp heat! Lucky our 3-year old was not in the kitchen when ours blew up, shattered--it sent glass pieces all over the kitchen. JUNK!!! Should get ZERO stars.Customer Review: Wonderful

I enjoy this larger sized measuring cup for baking (measuring large quantities of ingredients), heating water in the microwave to make ice tea, jello, ect. It is a good quality measuring cup and is indispensible in my kitchen!Customer Review: Works like a charm

I have a set of three Pyrex measuring cups, including this large one. These are great cups!! They are easy to read and heavy glass. Pyrex is very affordable and long lasting. They make great products!!
