they come in different sizes so you can pack whatever you like. I haven't had any problems with leakages, the lids are pretty tight. Just make sure you handwash the lids so they don't end up warping like typical plastic tupperware, though I've thrown mine into the dishwasher dozens of times and the lids are still fine.
These are great not only for packing lunches, but also for steaming and baking small food proportions!
The only "problem" I have with these is like any dish you nuke for a few minutes, it gets super hot and hard to grab on to. Just make sure when you get these out of the microwave to use some mitts (I use a few layers of paper towels, scrunch them up and grab onto the dish) before you drop the whole thing.

I want to stop using plastic storage because I often ended up reheating my food at work on the microwave. I am concerned about the chemical reaction of the plastic with my food. The pyrex set is much better in that aspect. It also never stains with lasagna or spaghetti sauce, which is more difficult to clean on plastic containers. The set I received have lids that fit perfectly snug.
If you want to use it as a storage, you do not have to open the lid to see what is inside it. The glass is clear and you can see the food well unlike plastic.
The only thing I dislike is that now my lunch carry-on will be: 1) much heavier than it used to, and 2) it is breakable as opposed to plastics than I can toss freely on the sink.

My husband suddenly wanted glass containers to store leftovers. I bought these and they are exactly as described. The plastic lids fit very snugly and everything washes up like a dream in the dishwasher. It's a pleasure to know that we will have these for years and won't be forever replacing them as we have tended to do with plastic. Also, these do not absorb any food odors or colors, so you can load them up with tomato sauce and other acidic foods and not worry about ruining a container. The only downside to using glass is that it is difficult to look into your refrigerator and see what you have because the lids are completely opaque. But that is a minor point. We have now replaced all of our plastic with glass and are so happy we did.Customer Review: So Happy w/These

I was a little nervous ordering on-line for food storage, but when I got these I was so surprised. The quality of the glass is wonderful! I was really tired of using plastic containers because they break down over time, absorb odors and stain easily from tomato sauce. I NEVER stored lasagne in any of my plastic containers. I also hate, hate washing plastic containers because you have to "weigh" them down in the dishwasher or they'll flip over and collect water. Yuck. With the glass storage, it is so easy to clean, so easy to see what is in it, so easy to microwave and NEVER stains or collects odor. I love my Pyrex food storage set. I love this product but not this particular package. This particular package lacks any large stoarage. The rectangles would seem large but they're very shallow. I can stick 4 burritos in the large rectangle but then have to squish them down to get the lid on.
I'd recommend the 14 piece all-rounds package. Gives you a lot more storage and the large rounds are deeper for larger items. I'd like this package more if the rectangles were like 1-2" deeper.
Everyone that sees this product loves it. Heavy duty, glass seems extremely durable, and they're attractive enough to serve right out of on the dinner table. They're everything that plastic isn't with the exception of offering really large containers.
