The pyrex portables are very good, but my hot pack also blew up in the microwave. What we did is buy another portable. Now I have two, but only one hot pack..Can someone help us on this?thanks

Great idea, however, there is no place to order extra hot packs.Mine blew up in the micro and now I have nothing very special.
