These knives are sharp-looking and sharp enough to cut through anything, even fingers (trust me on that one). This is a fantastic set. I bought it on the Amazon Friday Sale for around $55. The best deal yet. The holder is useless. Very, very large and cumbersome (ridiculous even). That is the only bad thing about this set. The sandwich knife is the most inventive and useful one of the bunch. Definitely try one of these knives if you are thinking of buying any knife set. After you get one, you will want them all.
