I bought this product because my dog developed a hot spot on his right front leg some time back. He would lick it incessantly and the area was becoming a little sore. At times during the night, he would do it so much that I would wake up from my sleep. Anyway, after doing some research I decided to get this product.
I have just started using it (a couple of weeks) and I have to say that it has stopped my dog from licking his sore spot. He does not have any apparent problems with digestion so I cannot comment on the digestive properties of the product. I use it with his regular food as recommended. In the beginning, he would eat his food and leave the portion with the powder on it and I had to feed him that part. But now, he does not seem averse to its taste (whatever it tastes like). I suggest that you start with a small quantity and then gradually increase to the correct amount - as the product suggests. I am waiting for the hot spot to heal completely and hence the four stars. Once it does I will give it five stars.
