Customer Review: Where have these been all of my life? LOVE 'em!

I have been a serious home cook for decades now and I can't believe that I waited until now to get this wonderful little set of trays. I have been using round plates when I bread things for frying and I always end up making a mess (plus, being round they require a large work surface). The Progressive Prep and breading trays have changed all of that.
I like that they can be hooked together both horizontally as well as vertically. Since they connect it cuts down on a lot of the drips that used to occur when I dip the meat or veggie in flour after a bath in milk and egg whites. I have also used them for coating food with herbs, various spice blends, cheeses and sauces. When I am finished cleaning them they all stack up neatly and take up very little space. My only complaint is that they are kind of flimsy. I would have happily paid more for a set made of thicker plastic, however, maybe a heavier duty set wouldn't clip together as well. Anyway, they are what they are and I love them!
