This hamburger press works great and the price you cant beat I could not find a press in any of our local stores I need one because my Husband complained about my round shaped hamburgers. I have used this hamburger press a couple of times. It helped me make great formed hamburger patties for both 1/3 and 1/2 pound burgers. I am very happy with this purchase.
(I just sprinkled on some Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning for flavor and they tasted great.)

It's easy to shape the burger now and make them all the same size. It makes a HUGE burger. I am making burgers with very lean meat, so maybe they don't shrink as much, but still... a very big burger. I have another smaller press that I use when I want to make smaller burgers.Customer Review: A great hamburger press!

I used this press with my turkey burger recipe, and I really liked its performance. I used plastic wrap on top of the middle piece to facilitate easy removal of the meat. The burgers didn't shrink in size. I've used hamburger presses before, and I like this one much more.Customer Review: Great burger maker.

Great way to save money and make burgers. Even make your own special burgers by adding own ingredients. Burgers don't shrink for some reason which is associated with the bump on the tray. Cleans easy. Be nice if that a circle hamburger keeper for freezing your burgers.
