I was a little worried when I first saw this item in person. It looked somewhat fragile and didn't seem to be made out of very high quality material. But it works great and is very sturdy! It washed up wonderfully in the dishwasher (my dishwasher isn't great and I was afraid there would be little bits on garlic left after washing it). Soooo much easier than peeling and mincing garlic by hand - you don't even have to peel it first when you use this product! And it keeps your hands from smelling like garlic afterwards. Highly recommended!
