I used to spend five awkward minutes with a knife trying to peel and/or slice an avocado for the salad. There's nothing like having the right tool for the job! I've had this product for a few years and love love love it. Once you half and pit your avocado it slices and removes it from the skin in seconds. It is much faster/cleaner than a knife. Once you figure out how to use it, you have minimal waste. I've had many guests see me use it and request to know where I got it.Customer Review: Works great

One of the few kitchen gadgets I really like. Replacing my first one which broke a wire when trying to slice an avocado that wasn't ripe enough, so be careful there. Otherwise, perfect for sushi slices or salads. Disigned for Haas avocados, which are the ones you want to use anyhow.Customer Review: Avicado slicer
