We're short on cupboard space in our condo and when our white, plastic colander broke, I decided to spend an extra couple of bucks for this collapsable colander. We couldn't be happier with it.
The three quart capacity is plenty big and it collapses easily to fit into a flat space in our cupboard. Technology is producing some great products!
