After struggling with my elderly can opener and failing manual opener at last I decided it was long past time to find a new one. I looked here on Amazon, found this one, read the reviews, and ordered it.
I was looking for a nice clean looking white "normal" can opener, similar to our old one, which had served me well, and was dismayed when seeing so many oddly shaped openers for sale in other colors that would not go in my kitchen.
I began to worry that perhaps there were no longer any "regular" can openers available. At last I saw this one, a nice tall, attractive can opener, just what I was looking for!
It is so wonderful to shop here on Amazon. One can find products that are often very difficult, if not impossible, to locate in the stores in one's local areas. It saves time, money and considerable stress to find a product like this working attractive can opener for a reasonable price.
This one is, amazingly enough, one of the more reasonably priced items as well!

The knife sharpener feature is great too;-) It sharpened one of our favorite old knives which had become very dull over the last few years, and now it works great again!
