Yes its small but when you only need a small chopping job done this is your tool. I dont always need or want to take out the ginormous food processor for chopping a half cup of onion or celery. I have had this for about 10 yrs now and use it regulary and have had not one problem. Although it might be time to replace it with the same exacty thing because the base of the blade was not always dried properly and its showing signs of rust I think. My husbands fault on that not the product.
So I highly recomend it.

This chopper is great! For most of the stuff I make as a bachelor cooking for 1 person I don't need a monster sized food processor, and this little guy saves a lot of chopping and mincing I used to do with a knife.
You can toss some avacado, red onion, cilantro, salt, and the juice from a lime into it and in like 5 seconds have homemade guacamole to go with some tortilla chips.
Other stuff like pesto or marinara sauce for 1 or 2 people are easy to make with it too.

This little chopper has worked great so far for baby food (stage 1-yams, sweet peas, carrots, apples, pears) to freeze and store. Unfortunately, we were hoping to use it to save time in making our favorite chunky salsa recipe but it works a bit too well and the onions and peppers got too mushy really fast. It changed the whole flavor of the salsa so we will likely just take the time to hand-chop next time. Nonetheless, it is easy to rinse off and throw in the dishwasher after using it.Customer Review: Quite the little bargain!

For an incredibly low price, this is a handy little chopper to keep on your kitchen counter. It doesn't hold much at one time, but that's exactly why it is so handy to keep within easy reach. Easy to take apart, clean, and put back together. Saves having to haul out or wash the full size food processor when you only want to chop one onion or similar small amounts. Really, don't agonize over this, for the price you can't go wrong.Customer Review: Breaks easily

I have received 2 of these choppers. The first one was broken upon arrival in the top of the container. I returned it, then received a new one very quickly. I've used it a few times, and it was wonderful. It chops things up very small, and very quickly. Unfortunately, it has now craked in the same place as the first one. As of this point it is still usable, but I will not purchase the same one after this one completely breaks!
