As a previous reviewer said, the oven is really not as "Extra-Large" as advertised, but it is a decent toaster oven.
The same reviewer noted that you could not insert the two pans/racks simultaneously, which is also true, and also kind of an inconvenience.
I've used it for a couple of weeks, had no performance problems so far.
The ticking of the timer is a bit loud, but sometimes that can actually be helpful when you are busy elsewhere and forget about having put something in the oven.
