I love this little slow cooker! It is sturdy and surprisingly well-made for the price. It is easy to use as well---just plug it in and select "keep warm", "low", or "high"---that's it. It has a nice glass lid so that you can watch whatever it is while you are cooking it. In my case, I bought it to use for melting wax for my work with collage, but I wouldn't hesitate to get another one if I lived alone or just with one other person. This little crock pot is perfect!

I needed a counter-top friendly utensil, and the usual 4 quart-sized versions were unnecessarily large for most of my needs. This version works perfectly and has three useful settings: "high" heats quickly (to just under boiling, and MUCH faster than my large unit); the medium setting works well for all-day or over-night recipes, and the "keep warm" setting does just that. I use this every day to prepare whole grains or beans, and it's perfect for the purpose. The construction is good and the price is better!Customer Review: So Good I'm Buying a Second One

My nutritionist is big on not using a microwave for re-heating food. So I've been using pyrex and a toaster oven which is really in-efficient and the ringer is loud (everyone laughs at me). I saw this and knew it would be perfect. I put my shephard's pie in this morning and by lunch it was so hot I burned my mouth.
The other reviewers say it all. Removable liner is key. The multiple settings is convenient too. 'Tis a quality product of solid construction at a great price.

I love these slow cookers! They add a whole new dimension to cooking... Just put the ingredients in and in a few hours you have food to eat! I bought a 4qt and this 1.5qt. This little 1.5qt slow cooker is perfect for small meals and even has a keep Warm feature that my larger one doesn't have! Also, I bought mine on sale from Shoprite for only $7.49!!! Very sturdy construction. Good quality materials... the chord seems a bit short tho. An "On" indicator light would be helpful.
