Customer Review: Another One Bites The Dust

Since moving, I've used a couple of products that have really been a life saved.
One of which is the Swiffer Duster. There are several pieces in this line, the regular duster and the one with the Extendable Handle, which is what I got. It extends up to 3 feet so it makes it easy to get those hard to reach places. But what makes the Swiffer Duster such an improvement over a regular feather duster or rag is that the dust cloths are made from the same lint-attracting material as other Swiffer products. Instead of just pushing around the dust, the Swiffer duster actually collects it and removes it from the surface.
With 2 refills (actually, I think mine had more), the Swiffer dusters themselves are easy to use. Shake them out to fluffy them up, slide them on the hand and you're ready to go.
The nice thing about the extendable handle is that it pivots so you can set it an an angle to dust the top of something tall, like an entertainment center or perhaps even a ceiling fan.
I found these really do pick up dust well and make the job a breeze. If there's 1 thing I'm not so fond about it's that the refills are relatively flat, not round like many feather dusters, so there's only 2 sides to use. However, Swiffer has a new 360 Duster that should do the trick for that.

This thing was so cheap it was great. Works perfectly for cleaning the dashboard of a car, or the screen of a Big Screen TV. Leaves no residue since it isn't a wet duster, so its safe on electronics. The Refills are really cheap and one insert will do quite a lot of dusting before you have to replace it. All in all, this is a wonderful contraption at a great price. If you don't feel like spending the money, you may want to just buy the refills and tape them to a stick or something, because the handle is very flimsy and not complex enough to warrant wasting money that you don't have on it.Customer Review: Absolutely HELPFUL!!!

Everyday you see something new and exciting to help you clean you home. It's just that most of these new products don't really help you that much. Not so with these Swiffer Dusters. I use mine all of the time. They are a huge help when it comes to dusting my mini blinds and are perfect for getting the top of ceiling fans! Plus the dust doesn't just fly everywhere like if you were to use a rag, it actually sticks!The Swiffer Dusters are nice also because they are very fairly priced, and I happen to think they are worth every penny!

I've been using Swiffer since day one (and loving it), but this is the best product they've produced.Easy to use, holds onto the dust and...1 cover can do an entire room (even with 2 kids, a cat and a dog).
Also, get the extender handle--it's terrific for ceiling fans!!
One tiny thing to the Swiffer folks--it's kinda hard to find in our area (Washington DC suburb) and impossible to find the refills--hurry them to us!!

The swiffer duster is a great product - makes my life 100 times easier! I hate dusting and this really does the job. The duster traps the dust, and it doesn't fly around the room like a feather duster. We have a large flat screen TV and quite a few computer screens, and it cleans the dust off of them with ease.
