I love this machine, I make pasta weekly and have not had any problems. The noodles do stick in the cutting attachments if the dough is too thin, or too wet. I have not had any problems with my thickness or the dial not working well, but I only use 3 of the settings(7,3,1). The one drawback I have encountered is the height, like many other people it is a pain to clamp it down because it has to be on an edge. It is also hard to clamp it so you can turn the handle with out whacking your knuckles on the clamp. It has been a durable machine, and fits my needs very well. I would recommend this machine to others, I even bought one for my mother and sister. :)Customer Review: Poor quality

I have just used the Prime Pacific Stainless Steel Pasta Machine I bought last December. The machine died on my the first time I used it. The problem is the cranks. I have owned other pasta machines, so I can tell that this is the most important and weakest part in all pasta machines. If there are not made of good steal, they are bond to wear out quickly or, worse, break. Well the Prime Pacific Stainless Steel Pasta Machine wasn't up to the job. After only a few passes of dough the cranks broke. And this happen even when I was careful not to put too thick a piece of dough through it. My advise is to avoid the frustration and wast of money on it.Customer Review: Not the one

I have owned this machine for about 8 months now and its time for a new machine. I now make pasta about twice a week and I have been having unacceptable problems with it for about two months now.
This machine is not made very well. The adjustable rollers that thin out your sheets wobble, creating problems with dough thickness which is vital to the pasta making process. This problem got worst over time. Also since day one, the knob that controls the thickness settings is difficult to use and not very accurate.
I will not buy this machine again and I can not recommend it to anyone.

This machine works beyond our expectations - It is made of sold heavy stainless steel, with simple mechanism, makes crisp pasta cuts, at reasonable price (no need to pay for an Italian logo) etc. We had our first bowl of pasta in 30 minutes after we opened the box. Truly amazed by the texture of the noodle, we never had so much in one meal. We have been eating pasta for 3 decades, this machine solves all our puzzle of making good noodle. User should make sure the dough is dry and firm, before sending through the sheet press, otherwise no machine, Italian or not, will work the wonder. I ordered this machine and get a defective one at the first time. Its cutting rolls didn't work well. I asked for a replacement and got a refurbished one. The second one was also bad. Its cutting part and the body part didn't fit. When I turned the handle, the cutting part went up and down with the handle, and sometimes even slipped down suddenly! I called the services and hoped them to send me a good one, but I was told to ask for refund. Now I have no choice but to return it. This is my worst experience shopping here! If you don't have enough patience, stay away from it, it wastes a lot of time!
