I looked at the photo of this item on line and took for granted that it would be of average size. I received a trash can not much bigger than a 33 oz. coffee can with a pedal operated lid. It comes with a removable trash bin but mine had the top edge cracked. I tried fixing it with bonding adhesive but it didn't work. I thought about returning it but for the price I didn't want to go through the hassle. The toilet brush was the best value. I decided not to keep the trash can and placed it with my weekly recycling. To my amazement the driver took it out of the bin and left it on my lawn. Go figure. It's not even worth recycling! To sum it up, my trash can is actually the trash.
