This timer, as mentioned before, is indeed very cute. It's about the size of a tennis ball. I haven't tested it thoroughly to see exactly how accurate it is, but on mine the ring goes off when the arrow is between the zero and one minute mark (and then continues to tick for a little while). No one minute or thirty second timings with this timer, but it will probably do fine for general cooking. The plastic feels a little cheap, so I'm not sure how it'll hold up with heavy use.
Mine also arrived in some poor packaging. A flimsy plastic envelope did nothing to protect the contents, so the cardboard box for the timer was mangled when I got it. I ordered from Zeetron, so use another seller if you can.
