Presto 07211 Liddle Griddle
I was so pleased to find this small griddle still being made by Presto.
It is perfect for two people. It takes up very little space and bacon, eggs,and pancakes are just the start of tasty dishes. It is completely immersable for washing and easy to keep clean. I had one years ago and my husband talked me out of it to take on his fishing trips. It still is packed in place ready to be used.

This has been in use for about a month; almost everyday, Use it to fry and scramble eggs, cook pancakes, grill ham and cheese sandwiches. Perfect size for 2 people meals and easy to move, easy to store. I have arthritis in my hands so heavy cooking utensils are a problem. This is not too heavy and works just great. Just wipe it off after cooking and it's good to go again. Easy to store because of the smaller size.Customer Review: Great little appliance!

I purchased this for the sole purpose of making grilled cheese sandwiches, which I have never been able to make right in a skillet. It works great for that, so great that I have found several other uses for it. My only complaint is the lack of clear markings on the thermostat. One has to kind of guess as to exactly where it is set. I would recommend for anyone who lives alone and has no need of a bigger appliance.Customer Review: Very good for two

Finally we found a griddle that works for just the two of us, and it works well, indeed. Now, it only cooks a small batch, but being so small, we keep it right on the kitchen table to cook without needing to get up to do so. If we had a bunch of people waiting for breakfast, this one wouldn't get the job done, but for just us, it is fine.
Does a nice even job of cooking, by the way.

I have been using the Liddle Griddle for years, in fact, I have purchased my second one recently. I decided that it would make a good wedding gift, so purchased one for the bride and groom.
I use mine at least once a week - and sometimes more often. It is a great product for cooking for two. Just enough griddle space for pancaks for two, or other breakfast item. A FIVE star product!
