I am new to canning, and I am so glad I chose this product. It is big enough yet still fits in my cabinet, and it is quality construction. I had the pressure gauge tested at the Co-op extension, and it was accurate. My batches so far have been successful, and pretty easy. FYI, if you use it as a pressure cooker, it makes between 15-20 servings. I recommend this product!
