FIRST - This product 'functions' as advertised.
HOWEVER, it is not what it looks on the Internet. On the internet, it looks brushed steel finish and ceramic. In reality, it is plastic and some metal - really cheap looking.
If you want a paper towel holder for the short-term, buy this. Anything longer, buy something better.
You get what you pay for!
