This simply beautiful pattern was created in 1980 with men in mind. The perfect gift. This pattern was based on original paintings taken from the book "The Compleate Angler," which British Fishes first published in 1879.Fishermen and outdoorsmen alike will love the Compleat Angler tableware collection that celebrates the beauty of six different species. Based upon original illustrations taken from M.J. Lydon's The Compleat Angler - British Fishes, published in 1879, this updated collection was created in 1980. Surrounded by fern clusters and set upon a riverbed background, each tableware item showcases one of six different fishes, such as the salmon, alpine char, perch, trout (gillaroo), sea trout, and great lake trout. This unique collection will easily find a home in a display case or on the table.
This small 7-ounce creamer is a lovely companion piece to the matching tea accessories. With a small handle and pointed spout, this small jug is available with each of the six fish motifs. The Compleat Angler collection also incorporates a full line of coordinating table settings, bakeware, serving items, and giftware.
