Polder?s compact, Add?N?Weigh kitchen weighs ingredients consecutively. This convenient feature allows the home chef to streamline the preparation process without sacrificing precision. Designed for portability and tight spaces, the sleek gadget measures 5-1/4 by 5-3/4 by 4 inches when opened for use, and 1-3/4 by 5-1/2 by 4 inches when folded. The body is plastic with a clearly marked dial. Maxing out at 16 ounces or 450 grams, the device measures in 1/4-ounce and 10-gram increments. A hole located on the back panel enables wall mounting--although the required screw needs to be purchased separately. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth; avoid submerging the scale in water.
