Polder's cooking thermometer with timer and clock rids cooking of internal temperature guesswork. Insert the 7-inch probe and set the alarm temperature--in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The large LCD readout on the magnetized display presents the internal temperature continuously during cooking. The loud five-minute alarm gives you plenty of time to respond. Also, when not in use, the independent timer may be used as a convenient kitchen clock. This unique timer incorporates a thermometer and clock all in one easy-to-use unit. Thermometer utilizes a large LCD readout to display the inner temperature of cooking food. It has a range of 14°F to 392°F with a High/Low and inside-the-range alarm to alert you when your food has reached the desired temperature. The one-day count-down timer/count-up stopwatch has a 12 hr./24 hr. clock function. The stainless steel probe and wire measures 36" long. Includes temperature chart. Powered by one AAA battery (included).
