Customer Review: Not your typical timer

This is the worst timer I have ever used. The first one I bought was not packaged correctly... it was out of its packaging and loose in the box; so, when it didn't work, I thought that was why. Well, the second one didn't work either (and it was still in its packaging). At first, it didn't work when hanging around the neck, but seemed to work when it was laying flat. Well, then the next time, it didn't work while laying down; so I guess it just only works sometimes. At least it seems to keep the time correctly... it just doesn't always ring at the end of the set time (sometimes it will just stop ticking).
Editing review: Okay, you have to read the DIRECTIONS on this timer. Once I did that, it works correctly. So, it is not like the typical timer. Instead of just turning the dial to the minutes you need, you have to turn it all the way around (to the 60), then turn it to the minutes. Weird, but it does ring now (so it must wind it up or something). Sorry for the previous review. I changed my one star to 4.
