Customer Review: Beware of shipping

The box itself is fine. Lightweight and attractive, but nothing special, and a bit flimsier than I was led to believe from the reviews. As another reviewer mentioned here, mine arrived completely crushed, and obviously the few air pillows tossed inside the shipping box didn't help. We're talking about sending a lightweight empty box inside a lightweight empty box, and it doesn't stand a chance if it gets buried in the UPS mountain. I would send it back and get another if I didn't fear it was an exercise in futility. I wouldn't order this online again. Better to go to a store and pick one up. Otherwise, it's 13 dollars down the drain.
