These knives come in an attractive box and are forged, so they should stay sharp a long time. It is easier to cut with a serrated edge knife, but a very sharp non-serrated edge makes a cleaner cut. The handles are riveted for long life and are nice looking as well.Customer Review: Nice To Look At But That's About It!

The box and knives are beautiful to look at, however, I felt like I was sawing through the steak rather than cutting it. This was extremely annoying to say the least.
