Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne Burner Covers for Electric Stoves, Set of 4Customer Review: Keep your burners clean Summary: 5 Stars
I rent a house and my landlord recently replaced my very old and ugly electric stove. The new one is nothing fancy, simple white stove with four standard electric burners, but it is new and clean and so much better than the old one. I got the urge to keep it looking good and figured, being lazy, the best way was to prevent it from getting dirty in the first place by buying burner covers. I chose these particular covers because of their simplicity of design. When they arrived (in two days thanks to Prime)I positioned them on the stove and realized then that I had made an excellent choice. Not only did they fit as advertised but they looked great on top of the white stove, brightening it's appearance without distracting colors.
Description of Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne Burner Covers for Electric Stoves, Set of 4Gray Background with Marbled Blue Flower Motif, Economy Burner Cover Set Decorate the kitchen in the sweet traditional image of the Yorktowne collection with this matching set of four burner covers. The classic pattern recalls the origins of Pfaltzgraff's German pottery created in York, Pennsylvania in 1811. With a charming touch, camouflage the electric stovetop when finished cooking with this delightful old-country design on each lid. Featuring a simple stylized floral motif, the hand-applied image in deep blue evokes the salt-glaze techniques of early crockery, matching the complete line of Yorktowne dinnerware and accessories, introduced in 1967. These two pairs of large- and small-sized tin lids are dishwasher-safe, though hand washing and drying should maintain the painted enamel design. Quality crafted, the products carry a three-year warranty against defects. --Roberta Cruger
