Customer Review: Great Customer Service!!

I wrote the previous review. Eventually I contacted Pfaltzgraff to complain. I had 5 knives that were loose or had seperated from the handles. Today I received two more complete 20 piece sets, free from Pfaltzgraff. Even if the same thing happens - I have more than enough to offset future damage. I will definitely continue to shop Pfaltzgraff!

It's not surprising that Summer Breeze is so popular, its fresh, sunny colors and cheerful shapes are hard to resist. If you've fallen for the dinnerware you'll just have to have the flatware too!Designed to complement Pfaltzgraff's Summer Breeze dinnerware, glassware, and accessories, this casual, 20-piece flatware set consists of complete service for four: dinner forks, salad forks, soup spoons, teaspoons, and knives. The pieces have lightweight, 18/10 stainless-steel heads and plastic handles, which show blue leaves against a marblelike blue and white background. A soft green band provides an accent and further ties the flatware to dozens of Summer Breeze products, which often include soft greens and yellows as well as the leaf motif. The flatware is dishwasher-safe and carries a lifetime warranty against defects. Since flatware inevitably disappears, Pfaltzgraff offers replacements, with the first one free. --Fred Brack
