Customer Review: I mis-read, Amazon mis-shipped but everything's OK

I had planned to buy a full service of Pistoulet dinnerware from Amazon when I noticed an "open box" special for a lot less. I ordered it but didn't notice that the special was considerably different from what I was trying to order in that it had no bowls with it. The description was clear that it was a 3-piece setting instead of a five but it was listed with the 5-piece originally.
The package came right away and I unpacked it and found that I had only 3 of the 8 place settings (and no bowls). I waited for UPS to deliver the other boxes but the next day the driver told me the shipment was complete. I guess the Amazon warehouse had a pre-packed "open box" of Pistoulet and just shipped it.
Thank goodness I bought from Amazon. I filled out a simple form on the Internet and am returning the dinnerware. When the return is processed, I will order the full set.
