Ordered this mug as replacement for one I had broken. Even though it was "pricey" thought I would have it quickly. Received the wrong pattern labeled as Pistoulet. Returned item, not eligible for replacement. Then received an e-mail I would receive -0- credit. After call to customer service I did receive proper credit. This is one of several bad experiences with Amazon in recent fault here is with Amazon not Pfaltzgraff this whole set is wonderful and I love the dishes and mug.
Description of Pfaltzgraff Pistoulet Mug
Pfaltzgraff Pistoulet MugCoffee mugs--every kitchen seems to have a cupboard full of them, often mismatched with everything else in the kitchen. For a Mediterranean look in the kitchen, though, the Pfaltzgraff Pistoulet coffee mug would do nicely, and for someone who's collecting the Pistoulet pattern, then so much the better! A series of horizontal stripes of varying widths bands the outside of the mug in sunny green and yellow. At the top there is a border of terra-cotta with a yellow lip; the interior of the mug is cream-colored. The Pistoulet mug has a stay-cool handle, but just to be on the safe side, check carefully when the mug has just been pulled from the microwave. On its own, this mug could make a great stocking stuffer or housewarming gift, especially if filled with French nougat, packets of gourmet cocoa mix, or a bag of chocolate-covered espresso beans.
