I order 2 brownie pans, they came quickly. very nice product. then, three days later another 2 brownie pans, a 6 piece set of bowls and a knife set came which I NEVER ORDERED. my CC was charge nearly $75.00 for the second shipment. I spend 1.5 hours on-line trying to find a customer service number or email or even a phone search. forget it! it is impossible to return these items. so I called me credit card company and they told me to call UPS and request a pick up to return the box and get a tracking no. to give to the CC company. UNBELIEVABLE!
So this producty is a great, but hope you don't get duplicate orders or try to return your item.

I'm a little puzzled by why they would make this pan not 8x8, not 9x13. I made a batch of brownies that normally fill a 9x13 per the directions, and luckily I also followed the directions that say put a cookie sheet under it.
They overflowed all over the cookie sheet, and much higher than the dividers. So they look more than imperfect, and I'm not looking forward to digging them out of there. Luckily it was a test batch, but just know what you're buying -- it's definitely not a standard sized pan.
I still love the concept, but it's going to take some experimentation to make this pan work for me.

This product has lots of problems. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
(1) Pan is very small (looked so much bigger on TV)
(2) It leaks -- because they have it designed so that you can display your brownies, the bottom is two pieces -- and it leaks -- I have tried the options they have suggested in the instructions to prevent this, but still end up having to place the brownie pan on a foil lined cookie sheet and then just clean up after
(3) The brownies stick to the divided insert (despite spraying with cooking spray) -- leading to a smashed up deformed set of brownies once it is removed.

After seeing this on TV, I saw it in my local Target store. I bought it a few weeks later and used it after I got home. I haven't yet used it to make brownies, but I made raspberry bread squares, and they came out perfectly! There was no leakage and after taking it out of the oven and setting it on the cooling rack the outer edge peice came straight off. The divider came out perfectly clean and easy. I liberally applied Baker's Joy to the edge, bottom, and divider. I was only dissapointed by one thing, which was that the divider did not cut all the way to the edge, but that was easily remedied with a knife.Customer Review: VERY pleasantly surpriesd!

I had to make A LOT (18 dozen!) brownies for my son's fundraiser, and this pan made it so easy. I was worried about the batter oozing out of the bottom because of some of the other reviews, but not one drop oozed out. I used the non-stick spray for baking, and every single brownie came out beautifully. Clean up was easy too. I don't usually write reviews, but this pan (I bought 2) made my life so much easier, I just had to share. Do not be afraid to try this pan. You will love it! Each pan will fit one box of brownie mix, and makes 18 uniformly-shaped brownies.
