The Peggy Karr 4-inch Stars Coasters are beautiful and practical. These glass coasters are delicate, yet durable and, they'll never fade. The designs are part of the coasters ? they're not painted on, and they're not applied with adhesives ? the designs are actually part of the coasters. Powdered colors are placed between two pieces of glass and then the total piece is fired at over 1500 degrees Fahrenheit, melting the glass together and permanently sealing in the colors and design. Since Peggy Karr products go through this process, these coasters can be used every day, and the beautiful colors and designs enjoyed for a lifetime.
