I've tried several different styles of jar openers in the past few years -and thanks to another review I read here on Amazon, I tried this one. I'm so glad - it is definitely the best one!! The ONLY way they might have made it better would be if the handles had a bend in them midway - like this: <> - to allow for less spreading apart of the handles with large lids. Still, it's one of the better designs I have seen for a lid-opener.Customer Review: Works!
