If you are looking for a whisk to mix up a small amount of batter or maybe a vinaigrette, I can't think of a better whisk to reach for. You can use this when making a Caesar salad dressing or any dressing you want to mix up fast. I was very impressed with the quality. The handle is heavy and the whisk is light and firmly attached. You will want to keep this whisk hanging within arms reach of the stove since you will want to use it when making gravies. It is nice to know it is dishwasher-safe. For once the whisk stayed in the bowl and didn't flip out of the bowl like some of the lighter plastic whisks do. You won't regret this purchase. I sure wish I had found it years ago.
