My mother needed new pots and we bought the blue 12-piece set. After a matter of 1 to several uses the majority of the pots the porcelain cracked, one of the pots blew a hole in it and we had to ship it back. Getting the new pot back took several weeks by itself. We had an insulator (heat dispenser) we used between the burner and the largest pot on a MEDIUM heat. Not only did the pot explode again, it broke the burner. Every pot we have used since then has either had Teflon peeling off of it, or has exploded.
These pots are garbage, don't buy any of them. Cooking pots should work on high and medium heats, this is inexcusable. Paula Deen is embarrassing herself by keeping her name on these cheap Chinese products. For now, we are going to use the last several pots until they explode, and then replace this garbage with something that works. Oh and I forgot to mention, when the burner exploded it was a good thing I wasn't near it or I would be in the hospital.
