I've used this product over & over, and still keep coming up with the same result- pasta that is either over done or not cooked thoroughly. Ends of noodles are hard, middle of noodles are mushy. I can't for the life of me figure out how this product has gotten any stars- I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's been a total waste of money. I should have purchased the other pasta cooker that is getting such great reviews on Amazon- I thought Pasta n More would cook more and it also came with a cookbook, so I thought it was a better deal. Thought this would be a great item to free up stovetop space when making more than one batch of lasagna. I followed all the directions and even shortened the cooking time by 1.5 minutes knowing I had a newer powerful microwave oven. I ended up with lasagna noodles that were brown on the ends. I hate to waste a lot of noodles testing the time used to cook. The directions did not include the microwave setting so I had to assume I needed to set it for full power. Would have been nice to have included a minimum and maximum time in the directions.Customer Review: Exactly as described!

I have seen the TV infomercial and doubted the claims, but surprisingly enough - it cooks pasta as good as it claims! And, no mess with the big pot and steaming up the kitichen - total cook time is half as compared to on the stove. I also cooked (baked) potatoes in it as on the infomercial and the results were as they said - delicious! I highly recommend this product! FYI: Purchasing through (Get Organized) Amazon was a much better deal than direct on the Pasta N More website and shipping was speedy for standard shipping.Customer Review: Thiefs

I ordered this Microwave Pasta cooker set off the TV commercial aired during the Fox News broadcast on the morning of the 16th of August 2010 via the telephone. The company charged my account $80.00. When I called customer service obviously this company has their customer service out sorced. They could not answer a simple question "Why did you charge me $80.00 for a cheap plastic Microwave Pasta cooker set" $80.00 is what they are charging my account. As for pasta, I have not used it for more then boxed mac & cheese...turned out well. Used it for baked potatoes. I have had a hard time for years either in the oven or in microwave they were undercooked or hard. It takes 20 min's for two large or med ones but....my husband says they are the best BP's he has had in a long time, and I agree! Have yet to use it on other vegies but think it will be fine. I did not give it 5 stars as I agree...the instructions are very poor and skimpy!
