Basically I paid over $14 including shipping for a razor blade. The Package Shark Pro Opener is a razor blade enclosed in a vey cheap non functional holder. The product arrives in the type of packaging the it is supposed to open. Using my own sissors, I carefully extracted the product and then tested it on its' own package. It did not work al all. In my attmpts to open the package the razor blade bent. The free battery operated sissors may work, but I could not get the battery compartment to open to insert the batteries. The only box that it was able to open was the second Package Shark Pro box. This is a poorly made over price item that you really need to avoid. When you purchase the item via their website, it dishonestly charges you more than the listed shipping price. You get twice the order, so obviously they charge twice the shipping. Most websites will confirm your order, but not this one. Then, once you have ordered the item, it gives you at least 10 more offers for other equally crummy products. I guess I was lucky that I was only out the $ I paid this item for. Please save your money and avoid this product.Customer Review: Taken, and very disappointed

Well, after receiving this product in the mail (as stated in the previous reviews, you get two) we opened our first one with scissors and tried to open the second one with this "wonderful new tool." It broke! What we've purchased here are two VERY expensive razor blades... because the plastic housing (difficult to adjust) broke. This is a great idea, if it were designed as a re-loadable unit in a better housing... but I can't say whether or not it really would work. BUYER BEWARE... We were definitely taken and sorry to have to admit it.Customer Review: Does NOT work!!

This product was completely useless! I don't understand how stuff like this is still on the market. It didn't do anything but splinter off pieces of the still sealed packages I tried to open with it. This was a present for my husband so I kept trying, hoping we would figure it out and get it to work but it just broke. It actually lasted about 1 hour out of its packaging. To add insult to injury, the freaking scissors it came with were broken right out of the package. We put in new batteries and it didn't even turn on.Customer Review: Worthless

I bought 3 of these openers for Christmas stocking gifts. I opened mine first in order to use it to open the other containers. There was no way to do it! We all tried every which way. Needless to say they all went into the trash along with the battery operated sissors that were included. I bought these at a discount store, so I wasn't out much money. It was the big Christmas Laugh this year. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, it's easier to open packages with your Teeth!!!
