I've used brush pens before, Koh i Nor makes a good one, but these were by far the best I've tried. The ink is so smooth, and the bend of the tips is just right. The only problem I had with them was with the gray scale. The lightest gray is still pretty dark on most papers. It's hard to get a really gentle wash or fill with it. And the other grays descending from there are just darker, so that doesn't help :(
Well worth the purchase for the three black pens for sure!
