Finally a brush that can be used around heat, works and can be cleaned well. It doesn't hold as much liquid (butter, glaze, sauce) as I would like, so I gave it four stars-but it is the best silicone brush I've found so far. I'm fed up with the bristle brushes that always bend out of shape, don't clean well and melt if used on anything hot.
