Customer Review: Great, but too small for a pound of brown sugar

I have others of these in different sizes and I like them very much. They seal and open easily and stack beautifully. However, I bought 2 of these specifically to store brown sugar (light and dark), and they are too small. Even packing the brown sugar down (which I really don't want to do in order to just store it), I couldn't quite fit the whole package in. Not sure what I'll use these for, so I do feel like it was a waste of money based on the information here.
