Large pan. Medium weight. I have never seen a non stick pizza pan like this one. It's a large flat circle, that raises very slightly at it's borders. The surface is not so flat cheese or sauce will run off in the oven. It also, allows for pressing the dough to the borders of the pan and covering the entire surface with toppings. You can leave a border crust, but you don't have to, with this pan. If desired, the finished pizza will literally slide right off the pan. Great nonstick surface. This pan can perform well in high oven temps.
Previously, I used a Pyrex baking dish for my pizzas. I got good baking result, but the Pyrex exploded after 2 years of use. I no longer feel comfortable cooking in glassware, so I ordered this as a replacement. After 2 years of baking retangular pizzas, it's nice to bake a round one, again. I'm so pleased with OvenStuff. I have a bundt cake pan, baking pan and pie pans by them, too. I am very pleased with the finish, durability, even baking, nonstick performance, and the weight of their bakeware. Excellent products at excellent prices. This is so much better than QVC's Cooks Essential bakeware. That stuff loses more of it's finish everytime you bake in it...flakes off like grey snow. I had to trash it. With this bakeware you don't have to become concerned about eating nonstick finish with your food.
