I use this steamer almost everyday. It steams vegetables better then anything out there. I have used it to cook rice and it it comes out perfect. I use it mostly for steamimg boneless,skinless chicken breasts. They are always juicy and full of flavor. I highly recommend this steamer to anyone who wants to eat healthy. The steamer works fine. Just took a bit longer than I anticipated. My order arrived last week. Amazon's price was $40. Two days later I found the same item priced at $28.00 at a Target store in my neighborhood. It's only been two days! Amazon wouldn't honored the difference - it is $12.00! I've been a loyal Amazon customer so far but now I'm very disappointed.Customer Review: Nice

Very nice unit...easy to set up and use....food comes out perfect...great for doing steamed chicken and veggies. Much better than my old unit that dried out food. The first one failed 30 minutes into it's third usage. It just shut down and would not respond any more. We ordered a replacement, with no trouble from Amazon. The new one has been running just fine and we're happy with it.
