twist/remove the old blades and installed this one.
make sure you run the newly-installed blender full of water a couple of times to remove the new "metallic" taste.
that's it! works like a charm on my old Oster blender.

These blades are a replacement to my old oster ice crushing blender blades.They are GR8 as usual.I have used these blades previously and they do the job very well.I expect these new ones will be the same and will last as long

Was skeptical at first because my Oster is 30+ years old, and the original blade assembly was flat, while this one has a "bump down" in it. But ultimately it did fit and the rubber ring sealed the bottom. Back to making smoothies!Customer Review: Does the job... What can I say

I was asked for a review, what can I say. Its a replacement part and it works.
A senior moment (a spoon in the blender) caused some damage to the existing agitator... hence the replacement.

Don't waste your time buying a non Oster assembly as it won't fit your machine as well as this one will. It is a perfect fit and works great. The rubber seal works much better than the non-Oster seals.
