Customer Review: Great for parents of babies!

As a new Mother, these trays have been fantastic for freezing homemade baby food. On occasion when I have wanted to mix certain foods I have even used it to freeze small portions of store-bought baby food.
The little silicone bottoms mean that I can just pop out a couple of cubes and go, no messing about with dozens of loose cubes as in the old twist and crack trays. Nor do you have to worry about cubes popping right out of the tray onto the floor and being wasted. You just turn the whole tray over and pop cubes right out onto the lid - then just slide them off into a bag or bowl.
The lid isn't tight which some people have complained about, but it keeps the ice from taking on freezer odours and is GREAT for stable stacking - the next tray fits snuggly in the grooves.
The small cubes have allowed me so much freedom to mix and match foods. That means that I don't need to fuss around with loads of fruits and veges to make exotic food combinations before freezing. I can make a batch of frozen banana cubes one day, bluberry cubes another...etc, and then mix and match as I please. Add a cube of banana and I promise that those green beans will to go down easier - that is fabulous in my book!
