I have several different spatula shapes and they're all great. The blades are firm enough to get the job done and just flexible enough to conform to the sides and bottoms of bowls and pans. No staining, no sticking, head can't separate from the handle. The only negative is one others have noted; they would be perfect if the handles were an inch or so longer. Still, I have thrown away all other spatulas in our kitchen--that's how much I love the Orkas. I bought these with Amazon's special of 4 for the price of 3, too. Great product.
