This mat is so cute, and so functional! It was easily cut to fit around the drain area of my sink and still looks sharp. It protects the sink beautifully: I have an old white porcelain on cast iron sink that gets pot marks like crazy which are very hard to remove, but this mat has solved that problem completely! It stands up to heavy cleansers like bleach with no fading of the color or deterioration of the plastic. I think it's going to keep protecting my sink and looking cute while it's doing it for a long time!
