This is one of the best buys in flatware that I have seen! I purchased this set from amazon for just under one hundred dollars and received free shipping. Visited Macys over the weekend, same set retailed for more than $250! Comes with wooden cady, which is a nice added bonus. 'elegance, simplicity and substance' -- if this describes your taste, then Stafford is the right set for you. 18/10 is the way to go. They are almost too good for daily use. This purchase was for a gift for my parents. I've owned a set of Oneida Stafford for over 9 years (or thereabouts) and just love it. I love the look (very modern) and I love the feel of it in my hand. And it still looks great after all these years.Customer Review: We love the set.

The Stafford pieces are heavy, but well balanced. Both my wife and I found the pieces comfortable to use. The butter knife's serations were small, but good enough to cut meat. They have a quality feel and look nice with our china.
