Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Oneida 24-Count Cupcake Carrying CaseCustomer Review: Disappointed Summary: 3 Stars
I was very disappointed in this product because the bottom tray is actually a cupcake pan that you bake cupcakes in. Perhaps I rushed to order this because it was inexpensive, but I should have paid better attention. If you are looking for a cupcake holder that doesn't include a pan as one of its trays, this is NOT the holder for you.
Customer Review: oneida 24-count cupcake carrier Summary: 5 Stars
Great Idea! For years I have tried to figure out an easy way to get 24 cupcakes,(the amount one box of cake mix makes) to ballgames, school or picnics. The bottom tray is an actual cupcake pan, the top tray is just a plastic insert to hold the other twelve. Great construction. All my family and friends bought one after seeing mine.
Customer Review: not so great Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this and was super excited about it bc I made cupcakes for events allll the time. As the other writer said the bottom layer makes it hard to get the cupcakes out after they are decorated. The top layer also slides around when the top is not on it.
There are better ones out there dont get this one!
Customer Review: Not shatterproof plastic Summary: 2 Stars
It seemed odd to me that only one tray is metal for baking, so you can bake 12 cupakes and carry 24 (after baking the other 12 in another pan). I didn't have long to worry about it, though, because my husband dropped it and the plastic lid shattered. Oh well, I can still use the metal cupcake pan to bake 12 cupcakes...
Customer Review: For what it is intended Summary: 5 Stars
The cupcake carrier seems great but I would recommend using a different pan to bake them in or else line the pan. The top carrier is plastic but it was a great idea using a metal pan for the bottom so that it does not sag when you carry it. I did not use it for baking to keep it new looking for the next use.
